I specialise in coaching middle leaders who are new to leadership. The step up to middle leadership is huge and talented people who are great at their job require support to develop the skills of leadership in order to make this a smooth and successful transition. I coach new leaders to develop their leadership style and recognise the impact of their approach upon their team. Common areas of focus are: delegation, prioritising, strategic thinking, development of others and how to manage a healthy work life balance.
