How I work
I work with people, not on projects.
​Companies, like people, are unique; with their own culture, history and ways of working. Leadership is about relationships, and collective responsibility so I don’t have a pre-written formula to create the perfect leader. I want to understand who you actually are. Leadership development that lasts starts with someone feeling genuinely seen and heard. That’s true whether I’m working with one person or an entire management team so, I work alongside you to understand how leadership can be developed through building on your strengths and the resources and environment you are in.
You get me, personally, from the first conversation to the final review: I don’t have an account team, there are no associates, no diluted brief.
Results follow from the trust in the relationship we build. I question, challenge and encourage you to be curious. I support you to observe your own responses to others and certain situations. We explore your habits and behaviours and consider how they are serving you. Together we will unpick current challenges, considering other perspectives then planning for how best to move forward. With my support you develop your self-reflection and take responsibility for your own growth.
