I provide individual or group coaching sessions for staff in schools and educational organisations.

 

Having worked in primary education for over twenty years and for many of those as an assistant head, I understand the stresses, pressures and rewards of working in schools. I have coached headteachers, senior leaders, teachers, teaching assistants,  administrators, and midday meal supervisors. Many teachers find coaching extremely helpful when juggling the responsibilities of being a class teacher with an newly appointed middle leadership role. Balancing the demands of leadership with class responsibilities and changing relationships with  peers can be challenging and coaching support during this time can make this transition much smoother and enjoyable.
